Tisza Palota was built in Szeged in 2009.
When planning the building, the main idea was the allusion to the form of a ship.
Wooden ships were built in Szeged until 1944.
Nowadays it is a rare event when a big ship passes the city on the river Tisza. However, the small living boats are still important parts of the landscape.
Our "big ship", the Tisza Palota might be the symbol of the beginning of the 21. century.
In the building there are flats, offices, and shops. Our garage is under the building, from where the flats can be reached by elevators.
Part of the flats were were transformed by the owner into comfortable apartments available for the tourists, visiting our city. Our first guests came to us in May 2011.
